Let me tell you a little secret. I am always hungry. I guess it’s a combination of the running, an active lifestyle, and a pretty good metabolism, but I can almost always eat. It’s been a bit of a joke at work for years. There’s Debbie, eating again.
A funny thing happens when you get a little older, run a little less, are generally not quite as active. The hunger remains. The calorie burn does not.
That’s a long way of saying that I have to be a bit more careful about my intake these days. I love the fact there’s only five grams of sugar.
The child LOVES when I make protein powder popsicles in the summer for her.
I wonder if this and fruit would blend and freeze well?
I don’t know! Next time I make a fruity smoothie I’ll make extra and freeze it. That actually sounds like a really good treat!
Sun warrior has always been one of my fav protein powders. I don’t use them as often anymore but I kind of want to try their new one.
I really like everything about Illumin8. I rarely just have plain protein powder and almond milk, but it tastes really good! Next up is to try it in my smoothie.

This is really interesting and thanks for sharing your review. I’ve heard Sunwarrior is an awesome protein brand and I’ve honestly wanted to try them for quite some time. The minimum amount of sugar is what sold me I think.
