As I mentioned the other day, I’m off topic a little bit this week as we near Christmas and the end of 2015. On top of that, we had a power outage that lasted for several hours this afternoon and I was cut off from internet access (gasp!). I couldn’t quite get my act together to complete the post I was working on.
Instead, in the spirit of year-end reviewing, here is a list of what I consider my best fitness posts of 2015.
One of the downsides of always producing new content for a blog is that older posts get swallowed up, sometimes never to be seen again.
While I do dredge them up share them from time to time, I sometimes feel sad when some of my best work is lost in the interwebs. Honestly, I work hard to produce interesting and informative content, and I’m frequently proud of my work. So, for your review, here are some of my favorite, and what I consider my best, fitness posts from 2015.

I love these round up posts…. Helps me procrastinate! 😉 And now… I need to see what muscles I am missing when I work out!
Debbie Woodruff
Thanks Gigi. Hope you learned something 🙂
Susie @ SuzLyfe
I loved your one sided post! I can’t wait until I can work on my balance again.
Debbie Woodruff
I am sure when’s allowed you’ll get right on it. You’ll need a little extra unilateral work when you get back.
Julia @ Lord Still Loves Me
You’ve done so much with your blog this year, Debbie! I really especially love the roundup posts you have going on right now. They are inspiring me to be a better blogger myself.
Debbie Woodruff
Ah, thank you Julie. I really have made some changes this year (for the better, hopefully).
Deborah @ Confessions of a Mother Runner
It’s fun to look back isn’t it? I’ve pinned a few. Love the one sided workout and I know I will need to add some speed work this spring
Debbie Woodruff
Thanks Deborah. I’ll be excited when I get a chance to do some of these too. If I could just stop falling!
Laura @ This Runner's Recipes
I love these workouts! I’m pinning a bunch to use later, especially that half marathon speed workout!
Debbie Woodruff
Thank you Laura. That and the ladder workout are a couple of my favorites.
Stephanie
I completely agree about old content being swallowed up! Thanks for sharing your best posts so we can check them out!
Debbie Woodruff
Thanks Stephanie. It can be frustrating when you put your heart into a post and then it disappears basically into cyberspace. Oh well, that’s what these round ups are for, right?
Tommy
Your half marathon workout routine is what I used to train for my first marathon. And guess what? I was able to finish! That alone is an achievement enough. Thank you so much! I am looking forward to reading your future posts!
