I’ve never heard of Noom before but I like what you shared. The main issue I have with the popular diets now is that it’s not sustainable and there’s no science behind it. By having RDs and nutritionists on board, it is easier to make a lifestyle change!

I am hearing about the the Noom Diet for the first time.. The best point I like about this is rather “banning” food the color coding it. It gives the self realization whether to eat or not..
