It may sound silly but the first massage guns out there were so noisy that they sounded like someone was breaking up concrete outside. Fortunately, for the most part that issue has been fixed in all massage guns.
The D5 Pro Massage Gun is whisper quiet. Seriously, I could hardly tell it was on. Either could my dog Australia when I used it on her.

Ease of Use
Some massage guns have awkward or short handles which can make it a bit difficult to get into those hard to reach areas.
The D5 Pro has a unique quadrilateral shape with four strategically placed grips. It’s design allows you to reach those awkward areas like your back, shoulders, and legs.
