This Banana Walnut Powerhouse Smoothie Bowl combines several superfoods, including blueberries, walnuts, and chia seeds, that will provide antioxidants, fiber, probiotics, Omega 3 fatty acids, iron, calcium, vitamins C & B-6, and more. - 2 frozen bananas
- 6 oz vegan Greek yogurt
- ½ cup almond milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 scoop Nuzest Vanilla Clean Lean Protein powder (about ¼ cup)
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- Blueberries
- Walnuts
- Chia seeds
- Fresh banana slices
- Lightly sprinkle with cocoa powder
- Or any of your favorite toppings
- Place the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth. The mixture will be thick. Pour into a bowl and top with several banana slices, blueberries, walnuts, and chia seeds. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Don’t have all the ingredients on hand? Feel free to improvise with what you have handy, making sure to add some Superfoods to your smoothie bowl. Other options include any other type of berry, flax or hemp seeds, almonds or pecans, and other favorite fruits.
