Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Spread raw cashews on a baking sheet. Roast for about 10 minutes, stirring once.
  3. Place cashews in a food processor. Process until smooth, about 5 minutes. Use a spatula to scrape the sides once or twice. The mixture will be thick, but smooth.
  4. Add the coconut oil, salt, and vanilla and process until everything is well blended.
